A major reshuffle has been done at the level of senior officers in Uttar Pradesh Police. The transfer list was released by the Uttar Pradesh Government on Wednesday under two separate orders. Under this, new police chiefs were posted in Kushinagar and Fatehpur districts. In total, the state government announced the transfer of 19 police officers, of which eight officers are from the Indian Police Service (IPS) and 11 are PPS (UP PPS) officers.
IPS Transfers:
The UP government transferred eight IPS officers on Wednesday morning. According to this order, Santosh Kumar Mishra is appointed as the new Superintendent of Police of Kushinagar while Dhawal Jaiswal will be Superintendent of Police of District Fatehpur. Abhishek Yadav has been posted as Superintendent of Police in Prayagraj Railway while IPS Ajay Kumar is posted as Commandant of the 32nd Battalion (PAC) in Lucknow.
Uday Shankar Singh is appointed as Superintendent of Police (Training and Security) in Lucknow while Shubham Patel has been sent to Headquarters Lucknow as Superintendent of Police (Intelligence). Shradha Narendra Pandey will be posted as the Commandant of the 38th Battalion (38 PAC) of PAC. Vivek Chandra Yadav is sent to the post of Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (additional dcp) in Prayagraj Commissionerate.
The prominent names in the transfer list of PPS officers are as follows:
Ajay Kumar III has been posted as Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) of Kannauj. Ashok Kumar Singh II has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police in Lucknow. Balramachari Dubey has been appointed as Additional Superintendent of Police (Security) in Ayodhya.
Alka Dharmraj has been given the responsibility of Additional Superintendent of Police (Regional Intelligence) in Meerut. Dinesh Yadav has been posted as Deputy Commander in PAC’s 41st Battalion (pac 41 battalion) in Ghaziabad. Kumar Ranvijay Singh has been posted as Additional Superintendent of Police (Rural) in Moradabad while Akhilesh Bhadauria has been assigned the post of Additional Superintendent of Police (Rural) in Firozabad.
Shivram Yadav has been posted as Additional Superintendent of Police in Police Training School, Meerut. Shripal Yadav has been given the responsibility of Additional Superintendent of Police (Intelligence) in Lucknow Headquarters. Shashi Shekhar Singh is appointed as Additional Superintendent of Police in Lucknow and Sushil Kumar Singh (I) in Sant Kabeer Nagar.
