They had never imagined that their car would fall in a deep gorge and they would still be rescued. That’s exactly happened with Shakeel Ahmed, Ajay Singh and Akshay kumar when their car fell in a 70 feet deep gorge in J & K’s Ramban district on Monday. The CRPF head constable heard their voice and immediately informed Assistant Commandant Pooja Malik who rushed to the incident site and started rescue operation. But it was not easy task to rescue them yet Malik did not give up. Navigating through difficult terrain, CRPF team led by Malik reached near the car which was badly damaged. Luckily they found all of them and rescued them.

Pppja Malik got them admitted in civil hospital for treatment. The accident happened around 12.30 when this car fell in deep ditch while crossing Ramban’s Batote village. Soon after getting the information, CRPF’a 84 battalion’d D company’s head constable sanjiv saxena reached the accident site. Saxena immediately informed her superiour Pooja Malik. Assistant Commandant Malik and constable Dhananjay Rai rescued three men successfully

This is how car that fell into gorge

The car which fell deep in gorge , was badly damaged. As a result the doors of the car got jammed and three occupants got stuck. Fearing for life, theyshouted  for help. With difficulty, CRPF team managed to rescue them. Shakeel Ahmed and Ajay Singh sustained serious injuries while Akshay Kumar received minor bruises. Those who witnessed the rescue operation, praised the CRPF team. Later, senior officers of CRPF appreciated Malik and her team for dare devil act.
