Indian Armed Forces are celebrating the Veterans Day on 14 January to honour the veterans of the Army, Navy and Air Force. To mark the occasion, veteran rallies will be held in different parts of India at various Armed Forces stations.
According to spokesperson of Ministry of Defence the main celebration in Delhi will take place at the Manekshaw Centre, Delhi Cantt. Defence Minister of India Nirmala Sitharaman and MoS for Defence Dr Subhash Bhamre will be also present on the occasion. Many other eminent officials associated with the Veterans affairs are expected to participate in rally.
